Project Management Team Northeast, Inc. provides a variety of Project Management services to ensure our clients success throughout the project & operational life-cycle. History

We have been incorporated since 1990. Our early projects focused on Clerk-of-the-Works, Owner’s Representation, and Construction Management. Recognizing the increasing complexity of construction brought on by the advancements in computer and network technology we began to offer design and management of voice, video and data network projects. Our design services expanded to include large municipal and campus networks, state-of-the-art security systems and sophisticated audio/visual applications. Our knowledge of construction and technology led us to offer move coordination and furniture, fixture and equipment (F, F & E) acquisition services. We have completed a number of construction, relocation and technology projects for educational clients, to include K-8, colleges and universities. We have also designed and managed public sector projects such as libraries, public safety, and administrative buildings. Our private sector projects include restaurants, hotels, spas, museums, food service warehouses and financial institutes. Our projects extend throughout the Northeast and across the country.
